I love all of my clients at TheHQway, and i want to make sure everyone feels at home and that their time is respected as well as mine. Because of that we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has a "High Quality Experience" that leaves them wanting to return time and time again. LATE CANCELLATIONS

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment its life, But time is money. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know.  If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment you will lose your payment. Please note the cancellation policy is at my discretion. 

RUNNING LATE?

TheHQway can be high demand. This means im usually booked to capacity. 15 mins late for your appt. may result in cancellation. If you  show up late to your appointment (without letting me know) I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to give you the complete booked time since I don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
